My Mom recently called me about a desk at her office that they were planning on throwing out. Of course, before they went through with tossing the "piece of junk" as they called it, she called me because she knew I would want to try to work some magic on it. The desk was in pretty good condition, it was just kind of ugly {only a few minor scrapes and scratches.} I knew I wanted to do something different on this desk, and after seeing some photos of furniture makeovers on Pinterest, I decided mint & gold was the way to go.
